Registered Nurse – Surgery (General OR)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite | Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Rotating call schedule including weekday, weekend, and potential holiday call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a general operating room setting across a variety of surgical procedures
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, covering both Call 1 and Call 2 responsibilities on weekdays and weekends
• Adhere to holiday call rotation requirements when applicable
• Float to affiliated surgery center locations as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Robotic surgical experience
• Neurosurgery experience
• Orthopedic surgical experience
