Role: People & HR Lead We are looking for a People & HR Lead who will do more than keep HR trains running. You will help build culture, systems, and experiences that make Laminar a great place to work in Boston. This role works closely with our Technical Recruiter; you will own everything that keeps a growing team thriving once someone joins, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance, leaves, and staying ahead of state and local employment law as we scale beyond 50 teammates. If you are not local, we can conduct this virtually. Finalists for Full-Time positions will have a Founder’s Interview in person References and background checks: Two professional references are requested (ideally one from your current organization and one from your Manager).
