Full Time - Physical Therapist
LiveWell Homecare Agency
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our team and provide expert patient care in a fast-paced, technical environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning .
Key responsibilities include effective communication, building collaborative relationships, accountability, and continuous improvement of patient experience . You are expected to take initiative for professional growth and demonstrate engagement and teamwork .
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Valid Texas license or temporary license
- At least 1 year of licensed PT experience, with consideration for new graduates
Skills required are strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to professional development.
