Hours: Monday–Friday with a weekend rotation

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 115-bed skilled nursing facility in Waldorf, Maryland , serving both long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.
This full-time role offers 40 hours per week , with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals recover from illness or injury, improve functional mobility, and maintain independence.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
Provide skilled therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
Treat patients across short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings
Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility, exercises, and safety
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team
Promote safe mobility, independence, and quality of life
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
