We’re seeking an energetic, and collaborative provider who is passionate about caring for patients of all ages across our four locations: Joliet, Shorewood, Ekids, and Plainfield. Sign-On Bonus Available! This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 , based on relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable hiring criteria. Bonus eligibility and payout terms will be discussed during the hiring process. Qualifications Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Master's degree in nursing Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP; preferably in the urgent care setting Strong clinical skills in hospital, primary care, ER, Urgent Care and/or pediatric settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills include: Suturing, IV starts, Ordering X-rays, basic orthopedic treatments, EKG interpretation, caring for patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness and injuries Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision) Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities for professional development Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $65.00 per hour based on experience Expected hours: 36 per week Medical specialties: Urgent Care Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Weekend differential pay Supplemental schedule: Holidays Weekly schedule: 3x12 Rotating weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday) Either 7 AM-7 PM or 9 AM-9 PM in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield) Work setting: Clinic In-person Work Location: In person in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield) #J-18808-Ljbffr E MEDIATE CURE LLC
