PRE-GAME

Why do you think we call it the Heart of the House? The kitchen makes it all happen. We are looking for Cooks whose talents bring to life the vision of our founders – incredible wings and a large selection of other great eats that bring the guests back again and again. Slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling and saucing gives you all kinds of opportunities to utilize your skills. As we reach out to more and more fans with changing and varied tastes, the HOH Team is instrumental in making exciting menu items and delivering the ULTIMATE food experience for sports fans!

The successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

GAME DAY

Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

Follows recipes and presentation specifications.

Communicates with the Manager and Servers at all times for smooth preparation and delivery of food.

Operates standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.

Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation.

Assists with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.

Restocks items as needed throughout the shift.

Adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.

Performs other duties as requested.

RULES OF PLAY

You know the business. You have one plus years of recent restaurant experience.

You are a team player. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team.

You show passion & commitment. You strive in a fast-paced environment and are in it to win the game. If it were possible, you'd bleed black and yellow.

You know all station duties including Fry, Griddle, Pantry, Flat Top, and cooking eggs.

You have strong time management and organization skills with an excellent attention to detail.

You know basic mathematical and can handle money accurately.

You understand or will learn Point of Sales systems fully.

Your customer service, communication, interpersonal and hospitality skills are extraordinary.

You have knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures.

You will become completely familiar with our menu.

You thrive in fast paced and high intensity environment for extended periods of time.

You are reliable and dependable to cover your shift as scheduled.

You maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and managers.

You can stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours.

You have sense of balance, can bend, kneel and to lift up to 50 pounds.

You must be legally able to work in the US; verified by E-Verify.
