Equipment: CRRT, Vents, HD monitoring, Aquadex, Transvenous Pacing, TOF/BIS monitoring

EHR: Cerner

Supervisor: Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: variety, no peds

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Preceptor, charge, CRRT, Transvenous pacing

Preferred Skillset/Experience: post cardiac cath care

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ARF and complex sepsis

Personality Fit: Assertive but able to work in a team setting. Willingness to advocate for your patient/family. This is a very high acuity dept with strong personalities that take great care of the patients!
