Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers Outstanding communication, listening skills, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations 1-2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred Prior cold-calling experience is helpful Excellent negotiation skills Demonstrate attention to detail Successfully working independently in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Min USD $19.25/Hr.
