Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Managing collections efforts on a targeted group of unpaid invoices, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator will engage with customers via phone and email to facilitate payments and recommend invoice adjustments as necessary. Key responsibilities: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Accounts Receivable principles and meet weekly collection metrics Prioritize and manage a portfolio of past due accounts targeted for collection, documenting all communications in NetSuite Coordinate with supervisors on escalated accounts and participate in ad hoc projects as needed Required qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable Proven experience handling complex customers and billing arrangements Experience with ERP and billing systems, preferably NetSuite Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook Capable of critical thinking to reach reasonable and comprehensive conclusions
