Construction Laborer

Location: Stillwater, OK

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers to join a growing team specializing in erosion control and site stabilization. This is a hands-on, outdoor position supporting commercial construction projects and offers excellent opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain erosion control systems on commercial job sites.

• Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and material handling.

• Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures.

• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently.

• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.

• Support crew leaders and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification required.

• Previous construction or general labor experience.

• Commercial construction experience preferred.

• Ability to perform heavy physical work and lift materials throughout the day.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
