It is also focused on executing talent recognition solutions and contributing to talent strategies.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Implementing talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development initiativesDeveloping expertise in business unit operations to enhance talent management strategies and workforce planningExecuting innovative solutions for talent recognition, professional development, and career well-beingUtilizing advanced talent analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making and organizational developmentContributing to the promotion and adoption of enterprise-wide talent and HR initiativesCollaborating with HR and business leaders to develop talent management strategies that support business transformationIntegrating inclusion into talent management processes and initiativesManaging specific talent management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategiesConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
