WE DISTRIBUTE BEST IN CLASS SERVICE. We are looking for a self-driven, hardworking Indvidual to join the O'Connor Team. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate delivery of products to our licensed accounts between the warehouse to our account locations. This role will service our customers by ensuring deliveries are timely; will deliver stock, rotate, and store all product properly; and collect funds for product delivered. All routes are day deliveries, no overnight deliveries.  Position has several bonus potentials throughout the year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                       

• Work with the Route Driver to make product deliveries to designated routes, and other associated duties to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Product rotation, merchandising of primary and secondary display areas, replenishment of shelf stock inventory.
• Place delivered products in assigned storage locations at each route stop according to customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage due to mishandling.
• Accountable for product rotation, merchandising of primary and secondary display areas, replenishment of shelf stock inventory
• Delivery cases may include use of hand truck, ramps, stairs, or other functions in the movement of cases.
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, ensuring appropriate use of time, equipment, and materials.
• Adhere to O’Connor Distributing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Convey O’Connor Distributing’s policy of professional appearance, and conduct.
• Complete administrative tasks and related paperwork to guarantee the efficiency of delivery operations.
• Review customer concerns to determine if items need to be moved, collected, and review deliveries of incorrect product.
• Other assigned duties.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Drug Free work environment.  Must be drug free at hire and random drug testing conducted quarterly. 
• Must be 21 years old.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and quality standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder level.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Self-motivated; customer-focused.
• Excellent relationship management and relational skills.
• Detail-oriented; prioritize important action items; problem solver, active listener, independent thinker.
• Commitment to O’Connor Distributing company principles and standards.
• CDL Class A not required, but desired. 

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

GENERAL STATEMENT

A drug screen and background check is required.
