Description

The Leasing Associate is an inside sales role responsible for supporting high volume commercial leasing transactions. This position works directly with prospective and current tenants to deliver excellent service, guide site selection, and complete lease agreements. The Leasing Associate plays a key role in driving occupancy, revenue, and positive tenant experiences across a national commercial real estate portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist prospects with site selection and schedule property tours
• Administer lease and renewal transactions using digital tools
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information
• Prepare and process lease agreements and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in CRM systems
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams
• Follow up with prospects and existing tenants to close leasing opportunities

Qualifications

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• State issued Real Estate Sales Agent License required or ability to obtain (sponsorship opportunities available)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience preferred
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service mindset with strong relationship building abilities
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within a commercial real estate organization
