Responsibilities As an assistant salon manager, you will: Provide leadership and support to the salon team. Maintain high‑quality customer service and experience. Assist with salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling. Motivate staff and reinforce the brand’s standards. Support new and existing stylists and help them develop. Qualifications & Requirements Great communication skills. A motivating attitude. Top‑notch technical skills (hair cutting). Flexible and organized. Driven to achieve goals.
