Join our Morrisville, PA 19067 team as a Heavy Lift Operations Technician and help move critical materials safely and efficiently with industry-grade equipment.

Key duties

Run crane operations to hoist, relocate, and set materials/equipment.
Conduct inspections and basic maintenance to ensure readiness and safety.
Collaborate with the crew to plan lift sequences and rigging strategies.
Apply all safety policies and regulatory requirements on the job site.
Log and report equipment malfunctions and safety issues promptly.
Assist with loading/unloading to keep material flow steady.
Attend training sessions to expand operational knowledge and skills.

Required credentials

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current crane operator certification.
Demonstrated experience with crane operation and material handling.
Strong command of safety practices and compliance standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Physical capability to perform manual labor.
