Information Technology Financial Analyst

One of the leading providers of environmental services and sustainable infrastructure solutions is looking for an IT Financial Analyst Lead to join their Hybrid team in King of Prussia, PA! Our client is seeking an experienced IT Financial Analyst Lead to support the Program Management Office and serve as a key financial and procurement partner to IT leadership. This role will own IT budget and actuals analysis, accrual oversight, variance resolution, and the end-to-end IT procurement and contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong IT finance/FP&A experience combined with knowledge of procurement, vendor contracts, renewals, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT leadership. Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in IT FP&A, portfolio finance, IT procurement, or related functions Experience with budget vs. actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reconciliation Knowledge of IT procurement, MSAs, vendor contracts, quotes, and renewals Experience partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and senior leadership Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reconciliation Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar ERP/financial systems Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution Google Workspace experience is a plus What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Own IT budget vs. actuals analysis and identify spending variances Reconcile financial discrepancies and forecast-to-actual gaps with Finance Review and validate IT accruals Prepare variance analysis and financial reporting for leadership Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle Coordinate vendor agreements, MSAs, contracts, and quotes Track contracts, renewals, expirations, and spend Partner with Procurement and Legal on contract reviews Maintain communication with IT leaders on spend, vendors, and renewals Identify and escalation financial, procurement, and contract risks You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family Health Savings Account (HSA) Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options Legal and Identity Protection Plans 529 College Saver Plan Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
