The Server plays a key role in ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service, creating memorable moments. This role is responsible for upholding the standards with every guest interaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Delivers prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests.
• Demonstrates full knowledge of food, beverage, and promotional menus.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders
• Serves food and beverages safely and efficiently according to company standards.
• Processes guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Maintains clean, organized, and sanitary service areas.
• Supports restaurant operations through teamwork and collaboration.
• Complies with all food safety, alcohol service, health, and sanitation regulations.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of serving experience preferred
• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 25 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
• Must be at least 18 years old
