Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time End User Support Specialist to join our Technology team! The primary purpose of this position is to provide remote and onsite technology help desk support to the business, healthcare, and residential members of all of our communities in a friendly and professional manner. What You’ll Do Evaluate, Schedule, and Provide technology support for Givens Communities residents Monitor, appropriately document, and triage incoming help desk tickets Participate and be available in Technology On Call rotation during scheduled nights and weekends Training residents and staff Assist with deployment of hardware and software Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor What You’ll Need Must have a verifiable knowledge of modern desktop computer hardware and software systems Some combination of work and educational experience in desktop support is preferred Good customer service and communication skills are mandatory A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation is based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package Still curious about what Givens is all about?
