About the Job Trailer Technician II- Londonderry, NH $25-$38/HR DOE | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses Are you an experienced Trailer Technician looking for steady hours, good pay, great benefits, and a company that invests in your career? You'll work on a wide variety of heavy-duty trailers, performing everything from PMs and DOT inspections to brakes, suspension, electrical diagnostics, structural repairs, welding, and fabrication. - Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections.
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, wheel ends, and air systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Repair and replace doors, floors, roofs, cross members, rails, and landing gear.
- Perform welding and fabrication.
- Complete structural trailer repairs and rebuilds.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safety-focused.
- Work efficiently while maintaining FleetPride's high standards for quality.
- Heavy-duty trailer repair experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a big plus.
- Carpentry experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Own tools and toolbox.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Must successfully pass required background and drug screening.
