Record patient history, exams, and treatments, using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Review and track lab and test results. Follow HIPAA and other regulations to keep records secure. Keep patient charts up to date and accurate. Send and organize documents for doctor review. Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. Over 80 specialties nationwide with selections based on schedule, interests, and location. Schedule Options Part-time (2‑3 shifts per week) and full-time (3‑4 shifts per week) positions. Shift lengths usually 8 hours but can vary; typical days are Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM or Monday‑Sunday 4:30 PM-12:00 AM. Compensation Range: $17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. What You\'ll Need High-school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Proof of vaccinations (may be required). Typing speed of at least 40 WPM. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong listening and communication skills. Flexible schedule availability. Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day. Access to a laptop (provided after training, but own laptop needed for training).
