School Bus Driver (Part-Time)

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Earn a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026)

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $29.50-$35/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Part-time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain we train!)
• Valid DOT medical cardor able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
