Join Our Team Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations? I-State Truck Center is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sioux Falls team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless sales process by coordinating and managing documentation, tracking orders, maintaining inventory and pricing data, and supporting both customers and internal teams throughout the sales order lifecycle. What You'll Do As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing all documentation required to support sales orders from initiation through completion. Key responsibilities include: Process and manage sales orders using established procedures, project checklists, sales logs, and business systems to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery. Track order status, maintain order records, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers. Review priorities and scheduling requirements with management to ensure orders are completed efficiently. Create and maintain inventory and pricing reports to support sales planning and decision-making. Prepare and distribute weekly internal and customer-facing reports. Generate and distribute purchase order information to internal teams and external service providers as needed. Prepare, administer, and present extended warranty options to customers. Register and manage extended warranty packages for new truck customers. Forecast inventory requirements based on outstanding sales orders. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and assist with monthly inventory counts and vehicle audits. Support special projects, including marketing materials, customer presentations, events, and sales initiatives. Collaborate with sales, parts, service, accounting, and operations teams to ensure positive customer experience. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or accounting coursework is a plus. Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, inventory control, or related fields. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and business software systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Understanding of basic accounting principles and the sales order process. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information professionally.
