Physical Therapist

The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. Candidates should possess strong assessment and evaluation skills. Candidates must have experience with a ranging diagnosis, including chronic conditions and post-operative care. The position requires effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary team members. Candidates should have a strong understanding of patient management and treatment planning. Flexibility is required as clinicians may float to meet facility needs. Weekend coverage is expected. Travelers should be prepared to adhere to facility policies and procedures. Candidates are responsible for ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of therapy equipment. Collaboration with other therapy disciplines is important. The workplace fosters an environment focused on patient-centered care and continuous improvement. Dedication to ongoing professional development is essential. Candidates are expected to participate in patient education and discharge planning. This position offers the opportunity to work with patients of all ages. Specific experience with pediatric and geriatric populations is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
