Role Mission As a Project Manager, Commercial Kitting, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams—ensuring the successful design, production, and delivery of custom kitting solutions. Your mission is to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and on-time delivery across a dynamic portfolio.**How will you make an impact & Requirement**This position in Hybrid, minimum of 2 days in office per week in our Oakwood, GA facility.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, forecasting, and reporting* Oversee production, inventory, and distribution performance* Partner with Business Development to design custom specimen collection kits* Coordinate new client and product setup, including systems and training* Collaborate cross-functionally to establish assembly plans, SOPs, and logistics strategies* Work with Procurement to source kit components and materials* Support project development, including budgeting and financial analysis* Lead customer communications and resolve issues across supply chain, quality, and operations* Participate in client visits and audits* Track and report on KPIs and project performance**What We’re Looking For** A detail-oriented, customer-focused project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
