Experienced Plumbing Apprentice (1–3 Years Experience) You are an ambitious, career-minded apprentice looking to break out of dead-end helper roles and fast-track your progression to Journeyman. The Role: Work directly alongside senior technicians and our Field Lead on high-end residential diagnostics, installs, and system overhauls. Key Focus: Master code-compliant workmanship, learn customer communication and option-building, and maintain zero-defect standards. Requirements: Active Texas Plumbing Apprentice Registration. 1+ years of hands‑on residential service or commercial plumbing experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, clean driving record, and desire to learn ServiceTitan.
