Senior Manager FP&A

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join a growing organization in the Greater Cleveland area. This strategic finance leader will partner with executive management to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership. Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and management reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, HR, and Sales. Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth. Mentor and develop finance team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience. Leadership experience managing teams or key financial initiatives. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and business partnering abilities. CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred.
