Clinical Research Associate II

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to provide independent site management and monitoring support for clinical studies across multiple U.S. locations. The role ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, and successful study completion through on-site and remote monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities to evaluate sites and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
• Review informed consents, subject data, and essential study documents for accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain study-specific tracking reports on enrollment, activation, and data verification status
• Perform Trial Master File audits to ensure files are current, accurate, and audit-ready
• Serve as primary contact and liaison between clinical sites, investigators, and internal BD stakeholders

Requirements

• Knowledge of domestic and international clinical research regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines
• Understanding of ISO14155 and current clinical trial conduct practices
• Ability to independently manage multiple clinical sites and monitor activities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with investigators and site personnel
• Experience with clinical trial management systems and regulatory documentation
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for compliance and escalation issues
