You might be helping someone buy their first home, working with a seller preparing for a move, or helping a client relocate to the area. Whatever the situation, you’ll have a team and systems to lean on instead of having to figure everything out on your own. Our team provides training, coaching, marketing, technology, and administrative support so agents can spend more time with clients and less time trying to manage every part of the business themselves. What You’ll Do Help buyers understand and navigate the home-buying process from start to finish Work with sellers on preparing their home, pricing, marketing, and negotiating offers Build relationships with clients and stay connected after the transaction Follow up with leads and develop new business through relationships, networking, and community involvement Stay informed about the local market and help clients make informed decisions Work alongside other agents and team members to support clients and keep transactions moving What We Provide Lead opportunities and systems to help you stay connected with potential clients Training, coaching, and accountability through PLACE Marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative support CRM, AI, and other technology to help with organization and follow-up A collaborative team environment where agents can learn from each other Support for building a real estate business that can grow over time What We’re Looking For An active Washington real estate license Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Strong communication and relationship-building skills A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established systems Someone who is dependable, organized, and willing to put in the work A team-oriented attitude and interest in being involved in the community About Giving Group Realty Giving Group Realty is based in Battle Ground and serves clients throughout Clark County and Southwest Washington. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
