Production Associate - 1st Shift

The Sewing Machine Operator assembles and finishes custom garments using industrial sewing equipment. This role emphasizes precision, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines
• Sew and assemble garment components to specifications
• Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions

Work Environment

Manufacturing floor setting using high-speed sewing machines. Requires sitting/standing for extended periods and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hodgenville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $45000.00/yr. 401k / Pension Benefits after 30 days Work Life Balance

This is a fully onsite position in Hodgenville,KY.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 6, 2026.
