General Manager

The General Manager of Little Caesars will report to the Area Supervisor. The General Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all operational-related activities of Little Caesars Operations. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations, including product production, inventory management, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance. Additionally, the General Manager will ensure that the Little Caesars facility adheres to the operational guidelines established by Little Caesars Corporate. Minimum 3 – Years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility. DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR Must be detail-oriented Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills. Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
