Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and addressing any potential delays or challenges. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to ensure timely availability. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns as needed. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. The Successful Applicant A strong background in managing commercial construction projects within the construction industry. Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders. Knowledge of project scheduling tools and construction management software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
