- Provide patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, including assessment, treatment, and education to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation therapy
- Conduct respiratory tests and analyze data to inform treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy techniques, disease management, and self-care strategies
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
