This is a 100% outpatient Family Medicine role with no hospital responsibilities: you focus entirely on building long-term relationships with a diverse patient panel, supported by experienced staff and strong specialist referral relationships.

COMPENSATION

Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp) Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

MD or DO Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan Strong diagnostic and examination skills with working knowledge of pharmacology and medical guidelines

Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
