Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance Location: Houston, Texas Type: Direct Hire Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Overview The Senior Analyst Corporate Finance will provide financial analysis to aid in the organization's capital raising efforts. The successful candidate will play an important role in the company's financing for various phases of a large project. You will be required to conduct financial modeling and manage associated assumptions/inputs for the Corporate Finance team. In addition, you will assist in matters related to treasury/cash management for the company including but not limited to the preparation of cash settlements/reports, interest rate analysis/tracking, borrowing packages, and compliance tracking. Responsibilities Support the preparation of financial models for the company's financing plans. Prepare analysis to optimize the company's capital structure by evaluating different financing options, including debt and equity, and operational scenarios to best drive value creation. Assist in the due diligence process with potential lenders / investors. Assist in interfacing with rating agencies, including model preparation and creating presentations.
