Office Services Associate

We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily workplace operations. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office experience, assisting with meeting support, and handling administrative service tasks with care. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service instincts and confidence working with confidential materials in a busy corporate setting.Responsibilities:• Oversee the appearance and readiness of shared office areas, including conference rooms, offices, and common spaces throughout the day.• Monitor inventory levels and restock workplace supplies to help teams and visitors have what they need.• Prepare meeting spaces in advance, provide hospitality-related support during events when needed, and restore rooms afterward.• Assist with mailroom and service center duties during slower periods, including document handling and related operational tasks.• Manage sensitive documents and information with a high level of discretion and attention to security.• Coordinate with onsite leadership and client contacts to communicate updates, priorities, and any timing concerns related to assigned work.• Support front-office and administrative service needs as requested, contributing to a smooth and efficient workplace environment.• Take on additional office services assignments as business needs change.• Perform document scanning and other clerical support activities accurately and efficiently.• Provide courteous day-to-day assistance to employees and guests, ensuring a strong customer service experience.
