Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN (W2) Rehab Without Walls® | Home & Community Program Bellevue, WA Rehab Without Walls® is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Seattle. This is a W2 PRN role (not 1099) , offering flexibility with the stability, support, and collaboration of an interdisciplinary care team. Our innovative model brings outpatient‑level occupational therapy directly to clients , helping them regain independence in the environments where daily life actually happens. What You’ll Do: Deliver functional occupational therapy in home and community settings Support clients as they transition back to work, back to driving, and increased community participation Address real‑life skills such as daily routines, community mobility, and independence with meaningful activities Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs Benefits PRN W2 position — flexibility without 1099 uncertainty Hourly pay (paid for your time, not per visit) Flexible schedule created by you Drive time & mileage reimbursement In‑person 1:1 care with documentation completed from home No weekend shifts Educational program access Supportive, clinician‑focused team environment Responsibilities What you will do: Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications What you will need: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicingl Current CPR Certification A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations Salary Range USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightSpring Health Services
