Responsibilities BRANCH HOURS (some locations may vary): Monday - Wednsday: 8 am - 4pm Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm Friday: 8am - 6 pm Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (2-3 per month are required) POSITION INCLUDES: Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately Adhere to all procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines Operate technology as required Supervision of teller operations Increased responsibility and adherence in signing authority Completion of the Excel Level 1 course and completion of the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program Identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new business Develop working relationships with integrated partners Proactively initiate sales conversations Participation and management of tele-consulting efforts Develop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and Services Leverage bank promotions Adhere to outlined sales flow Learn and become proficient in daily operational procedures Actively participate in branch activities, development and training programs Manage and coach staff to desired performance levels Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct Perform additional duties as required Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED or equivalency Attention to detail and ability to prioritize Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results Strong written/verbal/organizational skills Demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability Energetic and engaging interpersonal communication skills Previous experience with MS Office Suite Previous banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suite Proficiency in daily operational procedures Completion of training in SSR Suite Training Proficiency in daily operational procedures Complete notary training if applicable Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress Complete the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the "Coaching for Performance Excellence" course.
