Schedule: Part-time 1 to 2 days on-site per week 8 hour day (flexible) Estimated start date Nov 15, 2026
Procedures/Cases Required: Motor threshold mapping for TMS. Perform motor threshold mapping by determining the minimum stimulation needed to elicit a motor response, ensuring accurate and patient-specific TMS dosing and/or treatment.
Type of Patients/Cases: Adults. Focused on treatment-resistant depression and other qualifying depressive disorders for veterans and the general public. Patients need to be clean for 60 days before TMS treatment. Psychiatrist will do the motor threshold mapping.
Patients per Day: Client indicated they have approximately 8 patients per month
Time for standard treatment protocol consists of : 36 treatment sessions for patients. Approximately 3 minutes and 20 seconds per session. The Psychiatrist will handle the TMS mapping portion (1 to 2 days per week) and the other clinicians/staff handle treatments.
Other provider and Support staff: CMO, NP possible, Technicians
EMR: Therapy Notes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days may also include payer requirements and set up (Tricare, etc.)

Minimum commitment: 1 year with potential option to extend
