Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to take ownership of the month-end close process, support financial reporting, and partner with leadership in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare and post monthly journal entries Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts Support annual audits and provide requested documentation Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar preferred) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills CPA or CPA-track is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive salary of $80,000-$95,000 Annual bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities If you're looking to join a stable organization where you can make an impact and continue growing your accounting career, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
