West River Mental Health is currently accepting applications for a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) .

About the Position

The Certified Nurse Practitioner plays an important role in coordinating medical treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for individuals served within our programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing mental health conditions and psychiatric disorders
• Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support coordinated, person-centered care
• Providing ongoing medical and psychiatric support to clients throughout their treatment

Candidates must hold current licensure in the State of South Dakota or be eligible and willing to obtain South Dakota licensure.
