CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near West Central, IN. IN license required.

• Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call.

• Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.

• Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.

• Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES.

• EMR: Cerner.

• Must have IN license.

• Will cross credential at 2 sites.

• Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted.

• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
