Job Summary the General Manager Assistant must be fluent in Mandarin; this position will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business. Salary Range $63,000-$80,000 annual salary Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Responsibilities Answering and directing phone calls and emails Managing calendars and scheduling appointments Preparing and distributing reports and presentations Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting Coordinating meetings and events Ordering and maintaining office supplies Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager Skills Fluent in Mandarin Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in administrative support Knowledge of basic accounting principles Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 2+ years of experience in administrative support #J-18808-Ljbffr
