We arepartnering with a growing oil & gas services company in San Antonio that islooking to add a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Billing Specialist to theirteam. Thisrole is ideal for someone with experience in billing, dispatching, accountingsupport, data entry, accounts receivable, collections, service coordination, oradministrative operations. What You’ll Be Doing Review and process daily field tickets, billing information, and job details Track well numbers, site times, signatures, billing codes, and GPS activity oncrews/trucks Follow jobs from beginning to end ensuring all information is accurate andupdated Communicate with field personnel, clients, and internal teams throughout Texasincluding South Texas and West Texas Identify discrepancies, missing information, or billing issues and help resolvethem quickly Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and documentation Provide excellent customer service and professional phone communication Coordinate with multiple departments to keep projects and billing movingefficiently What They’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Someone proactive who enjoys problem solving and critical thinking Comfortable communicating with clients and field personnel by phone and email Friendly, outgoing, and customer service focused personality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in billing, dispatching, accounting support, AR, collections, ordata entry preferred Oil & gas, service equipment, or field operations experience is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable and growing company Opportunity to learn the oil & gas industry and continue growingprofessionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
