Your Role Awaits

Prerequisites for Your Application

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Required Licensures

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active medical license in Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferable.
