NPF Finishing is looking for a Paint Line Product Handler to help us deliver flawless finishes on every part that leaves our facility.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our powder coating process—responsible for ensuring parts are perfectly placed, thoroughly inspected, and meet our exacting standards every time.

• Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
• Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
• Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies
• Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strength and stamina—able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift
• A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence in everything you do
• Experience with powder coating? That’s a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Environment is not fully climate controlled. employee for their job. Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm M-TH or 7:30 am - 6:00 pm M-TH with OT on Fridays as needed
