Job Overview Director, Quality - Skin Health Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States Hybrid role with 25% travel. Responsibilities Primary contact for Skin Health quality and responsible for ensuring compliance across the division. Lead regulatory compliance activities, maintaining knowledge of international and regional standards and implementing updates. Plan and execute global and regional quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Technology, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to achieve Right‑First‑Time (RFT) design and execution for new and existing products. Provide technical oversight for product launches and ongoing quality maintenance, resolving technical issues and driving technical excellence. Integrate Quality by Design (QbD) principles into product development and ensure quality is built into products from design to production. Oversee Technology Transfer processes to meet Global Quality Standard requirements. Own regional quality performance, report to the Global Quality Leader, and develop KPIs to monitor quality. Manage a team of Quality Managers, develop and deliver technical training programs for quality personnel. Align product performance with consumer expectations and sustain product excellence. Partner with Technology teams to drive quality and compliance, fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Coordinate crisis management for major Skin Health quality issues. Support the onboarding of new external manufacturers and monitor existing ones, ensuring swift implementation of CAPA and other follow‑up action plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 12+ years of industrial experience in Skin Health or Personal Care, with roles in Quality, R&D, Operations, or Regulatory. Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment in the region. Strong collaboration with Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, and Plants, with demonstrable impact on Quality. Experience applying continuous improvement tools to effect positive change. Preferred: Master of Science, Ph.D., or other postgraduate degree in Management. Excellent communication skills, clear and timely. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SAP PDM, or Dashlab. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $156,000.00 – $200,000.00 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
