Automotive Sales Representative (No Experience Needed)

Hamblock Ford is a locally owned Ford dealership that's continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, positive people to join our sales team.

No automotive sales experience? No problem.

We hire based on attitude, work ethic, and personality - not dealership experience. If you enjoy helping people, are motivated to succeed, and want unlimited earning potential, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a successful career.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.

• Learn about Ford vehicles, features, and technology.

• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish.

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.

• Deliver a Fast, Fair, and Friendly experience to every customer.

• Work alongside a supportive team to exceed customer expectations.

• Stay current on inventory, incentives, and product knowledge.

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, banking, insurance, real estate, or other sales-related positions is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000+ per year

• Commission pay

• Performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

• Weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
