Technician

Responsibilities Install, configure, and service high-end residential AV systems Perform rough-in and trim-out for audio, video, networking, and control systems Rack building, cable management, and system testing Troubleshoot and diagnose AV, control, and network issues Work closely with project managers, designers, and other trades on-site Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Required Qualifications 3+ years of residential AV installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of audio, video, structured wiring, and networking fundamentals Ability to read and interpret system drawings and documentation Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional appearance and strong communication skills Preferred / Bonus Experience Experience with Savant and Lutron control systems Experience with Cisco networking products Familiarity with luxury residential environments and client expectations $25–$40/hour, based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company participation Take-home company vehicle Gas card provided Opportunities to work on premier, high-end residential projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
