As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Driver in North Richland Hills, TX , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Sat: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM Sun: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to identify and report suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe customer-facing and restricted areas, helping to support authorized entry procedures and reporting issues involving alarms, doors, and/or other site equipment. Assist with opening and closing activities as directed by site procedures, helping to maintain awareness of location conditions and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contact. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
