CAD DesignerThe CAD Designer is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes. This role plays a key part in transforming design concepts into precise technical specifications, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.Experience:Professional background: 3+ years of experience in CAD design, technical drafting, or mechanical design; Experience in product development, manufacturing, or industrial design environments.Educational background: Industrial Design, or a related technical field, Drafting certificate – experience with AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling softwareKey Responsibilities:CAD MODELING & TECHNICAL DRAWINGSDevelop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.DESIGN OPTIMIZATION & MODIFICATIONSRevise and refine CAD models based on engineering feedback, prototyping results, and manufacturing constraints.COLLABORATION WITH ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING TEAMSWork closely with R&D engineers, product developers, and production teams to support new product development.TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCEMaintain organized records of design iterations, BOMs, and technical specifications.INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTStay up to date with new CAD technologies, industry trends, and advanced modeling techniques.Don't let a few unmet requirements chill your enthusiasm!
